  • Process policies, endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements ensuring accuracy of state licensing agreements, premiums, dates, deductibles, and required forms. Contact agents when needed. Involve underwriter when needed. Document file.
  • Direct certified policy requests to correct department. Compile those belonging to us . Ensure all forms are present and send them certified to adjuster.
  • Run loss runs for BRK/BND, all Legacy policies and all Inland Marine policies. Forward other requests to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
  • Assist Premium Audit team. Determine if a DNOC should be requested or issue an estimated audit endorsement on a non-productive audit. Ordered audits on behalf of our auditors. Tracked receipt of an audit, receipt of a DNOC and checked that the policy has actually canceled if non-compliant. Document all audit transactions and correspondence in the Audit Database, OnBase or Point.
  • Research and correct or process Accounting requests when agent statements do not balance. Monitor the Suspense Policy worksheet. This involves researching a missing policy, contacting the agent and processing the policy.
  • Enter quote submissions into Unity. Index the backscan files.
  • Review daily and month-end reports for possible policy errors. Determine if an error, request it be corrected and ensure it does get corrected.
