  • Provides leadership support for Office Assistance and other Office Coordinators.
  • Interact with customers by phone, email, or in-person to provide information and excellence quality care.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with office staff to maintain smooth operations and team readiness for unexpected demands.
  • Organize team workload and prioritized tasks to streamline office functions in deadline-driven environment.
  • Manage office operations while scheduling appointments for multiple departments.
  • Oversee office budgets, spending, deposits and purchasing.
  • Coordinate all incoming school based referrals and coordinate outpatient care with local schools.

  • Triage incoming emergency response calls and in person walk-in's. Coordinate emergency assessments with Centennial's Emergency Team.
  • Assist and participates in multiple special programs such as School Based Services and our Safety Team.
  • Responsible for staying up to date with all protocols and procedures and insuring our staff are properly abiding by those protocols.
  • Performs all intake paperwork, insurance validation, Sliding Fee applications and Full Fee payment plans.
  • Coordinates meetings with leadership to ensure clear communication between all departments is implemented and used for any conflict resolutions.
  • Works with IT to trouble shoot any technical issues that may arise with our programs or technology.
  • Coordinate office assignments and space for all Centennial staff utilizing the location.
