As a senior field service engineer, I work with customer with various backgrounds, from R&D project managers, GMP compliant QC labs, to people with minimal exposure with analytical instruments. I have also worked with different projects with small molecules discovery and quantification to proteomic analysis. Hearing their problems, questions and concerns, and then resolving their issues is the most satisfying and interesting part of the job. Every new connection is exciting, and I want to meet more people and help them with the knowledge I have and will have.
