- I work on plumbing (replacing faucets, fix urinals and toilets), electrical (changing lights, outlets switches), construction (fixing drywall, painting).
- I talk to contractors for help on jobs that I can not do or are too big of job for me and my team. I maintain key control for our buildings and vehicles.
- Go through work orders and fix everything we can. When I started out I had over 100 work orders in the system, in the three years that I have been I have been able to reduce the work orders down to 45 current work orders.
