Summary

Professional maintenance worker skilled in ensuring cleanliness and operational efficiency in diverse settings. Known for attention to detail and reliability in upholding high sanitation standards. Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing needs while maintaining safe environment.

I feel strongly that my academic and laboratory research background is a positive asset for my custodial work. Due to the fact that I understand the chemistry of the nature of chemicals that are routinely used in my jobs. My other custodian and head custodians do not fully understand how the chemicals break down and react to the surfaces they are used on. It gives me an edge in explaining, usage, and application of chemicals. It's one of the reasons I am good at training and explaining things to to new employees.
