Landing Gear Overhaul Technician. Responsible for inspection and overhaul of landing gear units for many different aircraft. Also hold QI rating, so responsible for training other employees, and ensuring that Duncan Aviation quality standards are met, are a daily requirement. Uses hand tools, comprehension of service manuals, and basic mechanical and hydraulic principles are used.
Held a few different positions within Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing over my role there, spent 2007-2014 building rail (subway) cars for the NYC metro authority, this included production style work with tools and blueprints. 2014-2019 worked in CP plant in Lincoln as an "assembly line" style spray painter, which consisted of prepping, sanding, painting, repairing, and mixing paint to build all the types of models for Kawasaki's production.
