Chase Groff

I currently work at Dairy Queen as a part-time employee during my freshman year of college. In this role, I have been trained to take customer orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, I am undergoing training on the grill. This job has allowed me to develop strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

I worked as a farm hand for four summers on my grandfather's farm. The work consisted of morning chores, including feeding cattle, bottle-feeding calves, and preparing vehicles for the day's work. During the day, I would work on multiple day jobs, whether that be laying irrigation pipes, cultivating fields, or observing cattle pastures.

During high school, I worked as a crew member at Arby's, where I was trained in multiple roles. I took customer orders both in person and at the drive-through, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. I also operated the fryer, maintaining food quality and adhering to safety and hygiene standards. This weekend job helped me develop strong multitasking skills, teamwork, and customer service experience.
