Experienced Quality Assurance Tech with 10 years in the production industry. Knowledgeable in sanitation practices, HACCP, quality control, and data record keeping. Able to deliver a strong strategic vision and demonstrate the ability to ensure the customer and the company's satisfactions. While being a Q.A I was also the HACCP Tech backup and the FSQA clerk backup. As the HACCP Tech backup I would keep track of certain records and information. I would also work directly with USDA if any issues occurred. As the FSQA clerk backup I would collect data from certain programs on a daily basis. I would also determine if the paperwork and audits were completed correctly or if they had to be revised to complete all parts of the procedures. That information gathered was sent to corporate later on within a timely manner. Being the backups made me familiar with a few programs such as Safety Chain, Workday, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. As a Q.A, I am trained to make sure the product is within specifications depending on the product that is being ran. I was also the “floater” when both supervisor and lead were gone. I filled in for the lead when it was necessary. I tackled problems and followed up per the manager of the department. Due to confidentiality I am unable to go into much details for the Quality Assurance procedures.
