Operated machinery following safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Monitored machine performance and reported issues to maintain operational continuity.
Conducted routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
Handled the company's certified mail and typed the input into an excel worksheet.
Operated the company Post Office when it was in use. I had to learn postal regulations to correctly mail out individuals packages and letters. Also, learned the art of properly counting back the change to the customer.
I currently run mail through a Pitney Bowes P3000 meter machine. I both seal the mail and add the postage to it. I need to stay updated on the latest postal rules to correctly run the mail through, as different sizes and weights would have to be sent out a certain way.
I have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, as they go hand in hand with my job.
I am open to learning new things!
I have trained several people on how to properly run the mail machine, and also how to process the certified mail.
I have a strong work ethic and strive to get the work done as swiftly and accurately as I possibly can. I have always strived to get things done right the first time.
I feel I have always worked well with others, and am always willing to listen to new ideas on how to do something. I always try to help others out as much as I can.
I feel that I have the ability to adapt to change quite well.
