• Managed 9 RN, LPN, and CMA staff as well as one lab staff member, orientated new staff members, collaborated with the Practice Manger, 5 physicians, and 2 PA's, balance staffing needs, created staff schedules and approved vacation requests, responsible for implementing BioFire testing in office during COVID pandemic, instrumental in establishing COVID protocols for office and staff, organized BLS recertification for staff members, ordered all private vaccines for the office, OSHA lead, ACO contact person and conducted all follow-up documentation after ER visit, hospital discharge, and diabetic office visits, collected monthly RVU information and entered into Excel worksheet, assisted in pulling reports to identify care gaps and assisted with patient care when staff call-offs occurred.

Job duties included: rooming patients and their families with excellent patient care, obtaining accurate vitals, prepare and administer vaccine injections, perform vision and hearing screening as necessary, assist providers as needed with procedures, perform the placement of IV's and administration of IV fluids and medication at the direction of the provider, collected lab specimens and ran lab testing, medication administration, maintained positive interpersonal communication between staff, nurse triage,and maintained HIPAA compliance.

Job Duties included: responsible for the primary care and medication administration for 25 residents, evaluated resident care needs and prioritized treatment, accurately documented all elements of nursing assessment, obtained and documented vitals, utilized strong assessment skills to determine necessary resident care, obtained new physician orders when needed, notified physicians of abnormal results, and performed all tasks with a patient-centered focus.
