Responsible for admissions of new students from 5 elementary school districts and 8 middle schools. Creating data base of 1,200 - 1,500 students to be tested for admissions. Organizing testing day and creating spread sheets for test results. Notifications to student/parents through mail, e-mail and mass phone messaging.

Registration for new and returning students.

Printing transcripts for graduating seniors.

Admissions to 6 Alternative Education Schools in the Anaheim Union High School District.

Testing administered for appropriate placement.

Update student information in computer.

Printing of transcripts and diplomas for graduates.

Clerical support for administrators. records duties related to pupil enrollment.

Responsible for registration of new and retuning students, preparing registration packets, maintaining and updating all student data.

Organizing all testing materials for mandatory state testing over a period of 2 weeks. Creating spreadsheets of all students to be tested, by subject, teacher and date.
