I've worked as a regular hourly employee and as a department lead. I do have a very good understanding of how things work in the sanitation process.
As a lead I made it a personal goal to lead by example, and because my record with job performance, I was given the opportunity to become the IPSS for plant 104 of the midwest division.
With the IPSS training, I've received from 404 (Garden City, Ks) and Elijaah Salinas, I feel I can thrive in the safety position anywhere.
With a proven track record at PSSI Sanitation, I've led the development and implementation of comprehensive safety protocols, significantly reducing workplace injuries. Fluent in both Spanish and English, my expertise in hazard identification and passion for continuous improvement have fostered a culture of safety and compliance. My ability to motivate and educate teams stands out, ensuring a safe, productive environment.
