  • Worked closely with department sales managers to help identify opportunity areas amongst sales staff.
  • Coach sales staff to improve and/or maintain important departmental KPI's.
  • Implemented a comprehensive “Manager On-Boarding Guide” that allows future Floor Managers to efficiently and effectively grow into their roles and better prepare them for success. This Guide has been adopted by the training team for use in all regions for new manager training purposes.
  • Established as a strong and vocal team leader for “One Voice”. By training our sales staff on how to understand and access their own scores, coach sales staff on ways to improve their scores, coach staff to create awareness with our customer base, and use TEAMS as a resource for staff recognition has contributed to the success of the Appliance/Electronics CES, NPS, and Availability scores.
  • Collaborated with Top Performers of the Home Theater department and challenged them to create and implement “reference guides” for both SquareTrade and RAD. These guides have been an effective resource for staff members to improve their metrics.
  • Joined the “Star Committee” team in august 2023 to recognize staff members on their outstanding efforts with the customer experience, implement monthly recognition contests, etc.
  • Collaborated with team members on successful projects such as Survivor A/E, Sales Draft, Super Seller Program, Floor Manager Support Survey and morning staff recognition meetings.
  • Conducted regular one on one trainings with underperforming staff members, resulting in a high success rate of improving their KPI's.
