  • Took the lead in showing the large amount of business card waste due to staff turnover and transfers. We now have generic business cards available for staff to use until personalized business cards are called for.
  • Prompted a look at the Paxton security badge systems to see how the process could be improved. Have been working with Support Services, IT, and Maintenance to find which staff need access to which doors and how to better support security for staff and clients.
  • Became proficient in Panda Doc to help HR and Pioneers Center send out paperwork for electronic signatures, helping streamline the process for paperwork with the goal of eventually going paperless and continue to look for ways to bring CEDARS closer to our paperless goal.
