My role as Health Information Manager integrates my AAS in Health Information Technology into a framework that streamlines record-keeping and supports staff-physician collaboration. This position allows me to utilize electronic records to identify trends in resident health, ensuring our team's responsiveness to patient needs. In parallel, the Highland Park Care Center benefits from my competencies as a Certified Medication Aide and now also utilizes their trust in me to purchase all medical nursing supplies and resident hygiene and personal supplies. I apply quality management skills to improve patient outcomes. My many roles reflect a dedication to marrying compassionate care with technological fluency, aiming to elevate the standard of healthcare delivery. I have earned a great deal of trust through integrity. Most recently they have now added Front Desk Administrative Assistant to my ongoing list of titles. I am Ready to move on to a different opportunity. I rely on my extreme independence and talent in seeing outside the box.
