Operate various manufacturing equipment within assigned work center in a GMP environment. Inspect, measure, weigh and charge various materials to create a variety of different product recipes utilizing Electronic Batch Record (EBR) systems. blenders, dryers, Glatt granulators, fitzmills, ribbon mixers, and lodige
mixers. Complete batch record documentation. Disassemble, clean
and set-up production equipment. Test and document final product
moisture and weights. Obtain and submit product samples.
Transport raw materials from warehouse to production floor using
multiple types of MHE. Maintain and clean production floor.

Performed filling and capping of vaccines in a clean room
environment using cGMP. Loaded and unloaded product
lyophilization dryers. Set-up, disassembled and cleaned filling
/capping equipment. Completed all documentation for process
order batch records. Performed line clearances on capping lines.
Performed daily cleaning of fill rooms. Delivered microbial testing
plates to lab. Member of first aid team.

Performed required essential tasks in unit 3 Biological Packaging.
Loaded product onto conveyors, placed cartons, infills and cases
onto equipment, stacked skids, transported finished goods to
warehouse using power jack, wrapped and placed skids in cooler,
completed all documentation on process order batch records, and
performed line clearances between process orders. Also assisted
with changeover and setup of packaging lines.

Operated various MHE including Stand up forklifts, walk behind and
ride on power jacks, and manual pallet jacks to transport inventory
items to appropriate locations. Organized and verified inventory.
Pulled inventory for order fulfillment. Cleaned warehouse areas to

Performed filling, capping, and packaging operations on Excedrin
pharmaceutical lines. Performed all documentation of process
