Experiences:

• The patient had severe medication nonadherence. Due to the HIPAA policy, there wasn't much we could do other than offer synced, pre-filled medication packages until she accepted.
• At the location of Kohll's where I work, we specialize in fertility medications. If one medication is missed, the thousands of dollars a cycle costs go down the drain. Our patients know our cutoff times, and that we don't ship on weekends. Yet, almost daily, a patient will need something last minute, and I will personally take it to FedEx.
