  • I provided training, both on the job and formal training through the GRC Education and Training department to ensure that each member of staff was up to date with all the requirements for their jobs
  • I developed and implemented RTW’s work schedules to ensure there was adequate staff coverage for all activities and care for our members
  • I completed the month-to-month work schedule for the 'relief' or 'floater' staff that cover the regular staff’s vacations and other activities
