Summary

PROFILE

I have been employed by CHI Health for almost 38 and a half years. I was prn for a few short years, but when one pretty much grows up in one place, it's really hard to make a home elsewhere. I've been back to the infusion center for 2 years now. I do work one morning every week in Radiation Oncology, an area I never thought I had any interest in, but it has worked out quite well and is very interesting to me. I am one of the nurses who will float within the oncology areas. Infusion center, radiation and the Hem/Onc clinic. I've pretty much been doing the job I'm applying for for the last 2 years. I love floating. It keeps my skills in all the areas up to date and extends my knowledge base. I have the best work family and love everyone I work with and every job I do. I still have a lot to learn and welcome the knowledge. With that being said I still feel I would require less orientation time than other applicants.
