  • I also explain the whole repair process from start to finish for the customer so they understand that they don't have the stress of dealing with the process themselves

  • When searching for parts I will search for the most cost effective to try and help save everyone money
  • I have also assessed 'total losses' and explained that process to the customer so they have an understanding of how that works, whether they want the insurance to give them the value minus the depreciation, how they can 'buy back' their vehicle, meaning- they take a check from the insurance company and the insurance company takes the vehicle to a salvage auction- branding the title as salvaged
  • I also perform body work in the repair process and have an understanding of that part of the damage process
