- Responsible for the training, development, morale, welfare, motivation and unit cohesion of 5-10 Soldiers within a recruiting station.

- Managed training program for new Soldiers to enhance skills in physical fitness, basic combat training tasks and Soldier skills.

- Consistently met and exceeded personal and team related recruiting quotas.

- Responsible for the recruitment and manning of the United States Army, ensuring the readiness for the security of our nation.
