-Delegating tasks to bartenders, bar backs, and door people.

-Putting together beer and alcohol orders and implementing them in the POS system.

-Running the social media and marketing of concerts and events.

-Booked shows/events for Benson First Friday who is a non-profit arts organization who builds community through arts engagement.

-Booked and produced an annual festival called PetFest with twenty bands, booths for multiple non-profit organizations, and live artist installations.

-Delegated bands for the duration of the festival (time slots, where to store gear, when to load on stage).

-Delegated volunteers to certain jobs they would be in charge of.

-Payed bands at then end of the night and built rapport.

-Booking all shows and events.

-Being on had for every show to make sure everything runs smoothly so bands/artists are well taken care of.

-Paying bands/artists at the end of the night.

-Taking care of comps/free drinks for all bands/artists playing the night of the show.

-Taking care of all social media for any concert/event.

-Paying the sound person and door person for their work for the night.

-Reporting the numbers of each event to the owners of the establishment.

-Making sure the door person had the list of names for individuals who purchased pre-sale tickets to each show.

-Serving patrons drinks in a timely manner while exuding a manner of professionalism and outgoingness.

-Opening and closing the bar while implementing a strict level of cleanliness.

-Conversing with patrons so that they would feel comfortable about returning to the bar and know they would have an enjoyable time.

-Extremely proficient in counting money and making sure cash and credit card transactions were 100% on at the end of my shift.
